Design & Production Policy

Inkwell Design & Production Policy

At Inkwell Custom Designs, we take pride in delivering premium custom products, branding, and merchandise. To ensure a smooth experience for both our team and our clients, please review our order policies below.

Deposits & Payments

  • A minimum 50% deposit is required before design, sourcing, or production begins.

  • Deposits become non-refundable once production has started.

  • Remaining balances must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard production turnaround is approximately 7 business days after final design approval and deposit payment.

  • Large or specialty orders may require additional time.

Rush Orders

  • Rush services may be available for orders needed within 1–3 business days.

  • Rush fees may apply depending on order size, complexity, and material availability.

Artwork & Design Ownership

  • All artwork, concepts, mockups, layouts, branding materials, and design files created by Inkwell remain the property of Inkwell Custom Designs unless ownership is purchased separately in writing.

  • Purchase of printed merchandise does not automatically transfer ownership of design files or artwork.

Outside Production

  • Artwork created by Inkwell may not be reproduced, copied, or manufactured by outside vendors without written permission from Inkwell Custom Designs.

Design Approval

  • Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and artwork details before approval.

  • Once final approval is given, Inkwell is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client.

Portfolio & Promotional Rights

  • Inkwell retains the right to photograph, display, and promote completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
